  • Operations and accounting expert, who provides investors confidence that their interests will be managed at the highest possible standard.
  • Two time graduate of The Ohio State University including an undergraduate degree in business administration from the Fisher College of Business and a juris doctorate degree from the Moritz College of Law.

Andrew Hannah

  • Accomplished real estate professional with seven years of experience in commercial acquisitions and a transaction history of over 40 investments exceeding $850 million.
  • Extensive prior analysis, deal sourcing, and tested strategies enable an ability to quickly Identify Important deal metrics and opportunities.

Erika Long

  • Graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and soon to be graduate from Northern Kentucky University with a Master of Business Administration.
  • Member of Beta Gamma Sigma, The International Business Honor Society.
  • Skilled in property management, accounting, preparing financial statements, and assisting in financial analysis.
  • Enjoys managing high-pressure situations and engaging with tenants to provide superior property management service.

Carter Schaaf

  • Recent graduate of Miami University with a finance degree concentrated in real estate.
  • A forward thinker adept at dissecting market data and providing important analysis for active opportunities.
  • Enjoys researching and sourcing new real estate deals for acquisition.
