Andrew Hannah is an experienced and dedicated professional with eight years of commercial real estate experience. Born and raised in Milford, Ohio, Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati (UC), where he studied Finance and Real Estate. During his time at UC, he became involved in the student-led UC Real Estate Association. This is when he developed a true passion for real estate. 

Upon graduating with distinction, Andrew began his real estate career at Phillips Edison. He was heavily involved in the financial analysis of grocery-anchored shopping center acquisitions, and leverages these skills in his work today. 

Following his time at Phillips Edison, Andrew continued his career at Viking Partners (Viking), a private equity real estate firm, where he stayed for five years, starting as an Acquisitions Analyst before being promoted to Associate. At Viking, he was focused on acquiring retail, office, and industrial assets while also evaluating joint ventures in hotels and multifamily properties.
